This is to advise you that your completed application is found to be in order, and that you have been accepted for the Fall Class, which commences on Monday, September 15, 1969.
We would ask you to report at the Nurses’ Residence, on West Lane, during the afternoon on the above date.
Enclosed is a list showing the articles you will need to assemble before starting you course in Nursing. There is also a measurement for form for you uniforms. Have your measurements taken and returned to us at your earliest convenience.
All of your immunizations will be given after you arrive, so there is nothing to be done about them now.
If you have any questions that are not answered in this letter, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In preparation for your admission to the School of Nursing, the following information is provided:

White Oxfords – good fitting with soft rubber heel lifts
White stockings
Wrist watch – with sweep second hand
Bandage Scissors – engraved with your name
Name Tapes for marking uniforms (Cash Woven Labels preferred)
LAUNDRY BAGS
Large loose-leaf Note Book, Small note book, Fountain pen, Lead pencil
Housecoat, slippers
A supply of white underwear and other articles of clothing as desired for off duty wear.
A Room Key is available. Should it be lost the cost for a replacement will be borne by the student.
A fee of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) is required for Student Association Dues and Registration Fee, payable at time of entrance to the School.
